One student had requested access to edit the problem sets. While for obvious reasons we cannot grant students the ability to change these problem sets, we can let you attach comments within. This works somewhat similarly to the the “track changes” program in word processing programs.
Ask a Question
Within the problem set, highlight the text on which you have a question. Then from within the Insert menu select comment. You’ll be given a box in which you can type your question. Everyone else will be able to see your question.
Answer a Question
If you are looking through a problem set and see one of your fellow student’s questions left in a comment, simply select the comment and then type your answer in the text box which appears underneath.
We’re hoping this “social-media” type feature will allow you to spark discussion amongst yourselves. Of course, we’ll still be monitoring and may chime in as well!
